If you missed Wayne White at this year’s AIGA San Diego Y Conference you won’t want to miss this movie. Wayne is best known for his work on Pee-Wee’s Playhouse and for his word paintings. Beauty Is Embarrassing chronicles the vaulted highs and the crushing lows of a commercial artist struggling to find peace and balance between his work and his art. Watch trailer HERE.
Tiger! Tiger!, one of our favorite pubs, will be opening their doors just for us! So come early, mingle with friends, get a drink. The good folks from Miho Gastrotruck will be there so you can grab dinner too!
