NOSE TO TAIL DINNER

Chefs Todd Renner and Sharon Wilson, of Blind Lady and Tiger!Tiger!
respectively, bring you their take on Snout to Tail cooking. Utilizing
many parts of the Berkshire Pig they bring you five courses, each
carefully paired to a beer from our rotating line-up. The first course
it a tray pass an after that we will sit communally at our large tables
and eat a California-inspired meal family style. This is hearty one
folks. Here is the menu, subject to change of course. Beers to be
announced next week.
